People often say, “you don't look like you have MS.” I often reply, "Really? What does MS look like?" Multiple sclerosis (MS) is believed to be an autoimmune disease. The exact cause is unknown. Its impacts vary.

Whyyyyy is the word “trauma” a bad word in the community? 🤷🏽♀️Why are we teaching ourselves and our children that recognizing trauma is being a “drama queen”?
When I look back at my life now, there is AlWAYS far more to be grateful for then what I thought when living in the moment. K.C. (I.E. We found this picture in my Hub’s phone of HIS WIFE (me) 👀 Oh, you’ve alllllways been a fan!?? 🤔) lol)!
Pain and & out right TRAUMA often temporarily distract 🙁 from the fact that a lot of good is happening even in the middle of the TRAUMA.
That realization just made or stay focused on things OTHER than the challenges. The great always out numbers the not so great. Redirection by way of reflection is DEFINITELY The work of an...overcomer!! 🙌🏾#LevelUp Hebrews 5:12-14🙌🏾
